Costs - IN ADVANCE 

There is an early sign up bonus for new recruits and returning participants!                                                                   *contact the office for details

  • 12 week program (36 sessions) - Sergeant
    Cost is $648 plus applicable tax and includes body composition before and after and strength, agility, endurance, balance and speed measurements before, after 6 weeks and upon completion.
  • 8 week program (24 sessions) - Corporal
    Cost is $456 plus applicable tax and includes body composition, strength, agility, endurance, balance and speed before and after.
  • 4 week program - (12 sessions) -Private
    Cost is $240 plus applicable tax and includes body composition, strength, agility, endurance, balance and speed before and after.
  • 20 session pass - Reservist
    Cost is $400 plus applicable tax and includes body composition, strength, agility, endurance, balance and speed before and after.
  • *TRIAL SESSION - $20                                                 limited to one per person *

Please Note:  the tax on all purchases will be 13%(HST)!
