About the Founder

Bruce Tisdale is one of Toronto's pioneers in the fitness industry with numerous certifications and accolades to back him up.  He is one of  Toronto's most sought after personal trainers with over 20 years experience! April will be the 22nd Anniversary of his graduating class from the University of Western Ontario where he received his Honors degree in Physical Education along with his first certification as a professional Coach with the National Coaching Certification Program.

His clients will tell you he is  he brings his unique expertise and fun to everything that he does.  The list of individuals and teams that he has helped is unparalleled in the fitness industry.  He has had the unique experience working with the Grey Cup winning Toronto Argonauts in 1991 and the World Series winning Toronto Blue Jays in 1992.  He also worked with cast members from the Academy Award winning film 'Chicago' along with his former business partner Harley Pasternak who now resides in Los Angeles. 

Bruce has most recently spoken at the ACTRA members' winter conference in 2009 and is actively involved with the Merry Go Round Children's Foundation who most recently had their celebrity fund raiser at the Hockey Hall of Fame.
